Return Policy

Easy Return

We only accept returns postmarked within 60 days from the purchase date. Once we receive your parcel, your refund will be automatically issued and the return label fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return Methods

1. Post Office（Return by Royal Mail return label）,return label fee is: Costs £2.5 for the return if the package is under 20kg.(The return label should be 10x15 cm)
2. Self-Sending (Return by yourself at your own cost)

Once you have done the return, please submit your return tracking number or return receipt to "return history" in your "My Orders".Or you can also contact our customer service for help.

To begin the return process:

1. Sign into your SHEIN account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Select return method.
5. If you choose Post Office, print the return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package，then drop off your package at your nearest Royal Mail.
6. If you choose Self-Sending,write return address outside the package and return it by using your local post office at your cost.
