I hadn't heard of this company until seeing a deal on this site, after checking out their reviews and seeing how many Taste awards they had received. I ordered, a joint of beef, duck, cheese and chutney. The prices were on a par with my local butcher. I got £10 OFF my first order plus free delivery. I ordered from their Christmas selection, in early November, so was able to choose a delivery date of 19th December.
The company has very good customer service, they acknowledged receipt of my order, reminded me 10 days before to see if I wanted to add or amend my
order.
Due to the Royal mail strike, they informed me of what alternative arrangements they had made, how they food was delivered with chill packs, which lasted 36 hours, so not to worry about any possible delays. They also give me a delivery slot which the courier met.
So far very impressed, hopefully the meat tastes as good as it looks.
Will use them again for special occasions, as we very rarely have large joints.
This is a really great deli site they sell just about everything and then you can have it delivered to your door. You can build your own meat box and then it adds it up at the end. The quality of the meat is one of the best I have ever tasted. They don’t just do meats they have all kind of dairy products.
I love cheese and I love this company as I get my cheeses from here. I also buy their scotch eggs which are amazing and do so many flavours. I also love the pies and they are so lush with no fat in like my local. You can basically get just about anything from here and the quality is absolutely brilliant.
