Love this brand the bags are really nice and so many to pick from, I have the black back pack which holds everything I need for a day out and looks great with any outfit. I find the purses to small for what I keep in mine but are suitable for a few penny's and credit card but look great.

Christmas 2018 Bought bag for Granddaughter . Beginning of December. It was delivered to a completely different address. I live at 235 the bag was delivered to 22 which is at the top of our crescent . There was zero customer service . I had to do it myself. After finding , also waiting weeks for emails not be answered, who delivered it , who confirmed it had been delivered to 22. Did were in the wrong but Fordell had it on my account it had been delivered to me and signed for . I EVENTUALLY in January 2019 recieved the bag. You could nt ring anybody!!!!!!. Did not receive apology. I was treated like it was my fault. All my account details were right , I don t normally complain but this took the biscuit

I purchased my tote bag last year and I would happily do so again. I have been looking to get a small shoulder bag from hubby for Christmas. I have been delighted by how many friends have complimented me on my bag. It's an incredibly functional and easy to use and carry or throw over my shoulder. I know it's not leather but I didn't pay leather prices.

Their items can be expensive but it depends how much you’re wanting to spend. Items are of great quality and will last a long time. I have only bought in store not online. In store service is really good and the staff are very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in their items.

I didn't expect quality, especially with the low prices. I was pleased with the price, postage and the look. I have used discount vouchers previously, not all of them work but it's worth trying. Also look at the experation date on code, voucher or spend limit. I haven't returned anything, so I can't comment.

I purchased a necklace and earrings set From Fiorelli. The set was Silver with square Smokey Quartz Jewels in it. It came in a lovely stylish black box and it is still one of my favourite sets to wear. I've had it for at least 3 years and it still looks as new as the day I purchased it. I would definitely purchase a Fiorelli product again and I think hands down Fiorelli has quality items in its collection.. They're handbags are to die for too!! Oh and it was on sale.. definitely worth a look guys 😉
