  • I don't go to Hobbycraft too often, but went in recently after having received a £5 birthday voucher. I'm always amazed by the selection of stuff they have in there, I often find it really useful for random odds and ends that I wouldn't easily be able to find in another store, mostly in terms of stationary and sewing/repairs stuff. Their prices on the whole aren't too bad and you can always get savings from online discount codes, and I was surprised at the amount of cheaper craft and children's items they had in! I've never ordered online so don't have much experience on that, nor do I visit often enough to have a better overall feel for knowledge of the staff. em221 \
  • I love going into hobby craft stores as I feel like a kid in a candy shop, I’ve always been artsy and I enjoy taking in all of the crafty stock! They have a huge range from arts and crafts to knitting to baking and I especially love the baking sections, where I will normally find Betty Crocker products on sale and quirky kitchen equipment! They often stock a lot of sale items at the front of the store as well as bargain deals from voucher codes you can find online. I normally visit so you know exactly where to look for some reductions, customer service is always so friendly and there’s just always such a nice atmosphere in there! Daniellephant
  • Hobbycraft is filled with everything you can think of that relates to arts and crafts. It even has items you wouldn't expect like model railway parts and wedding decor props. My personal favorite part about Hobbycraft is the clearance section online and the basket full of scrap paper and reduced items that have been a bit damaged. I'm always on the lookout for a bargain from online voucher codes and I do sometimes feel like products can be a little expensive. Online, you can find products that your nearby store doesn't stock and you only have to spend £20 to get free delivery. If you sign up to the club they have online, you get £5 for your birthday to spend on anything you want 😃 Becky3012
  • Going to Hobbycraft always brings back great childhood memories when we used to go there for hours and search for sparkly things to make other things with! Now as an adult it's still got a lot of amazing things to make other things and it's well worth a visit if you like crafting or making things. It can get expensive so I buy little and often and make sure to search for discount codes online so I don't end up spending too much there on one day. Staff are on the whole knowledgeable and friendly. Freebiesarefun
  • I love Hobbycraft because I am a keen crafter. I dabble in all sorts of crafts from cross cross to felting to paper mache and no matter what I'm after I can guarentee to find it in Hobbycraft. The one negative I have, is that Hobbycraft is quite expensive compared to other shops such as Wilko or the range. I appreciate that Hobbycraft recognises student discount and you can save from voucher codes you can find online and they also often hold art competition's for customers. I will continue to shop at Hobbycraft as I enjoy the experience and their quality is the best I've had so far. ReviewerOfSorts
  • There is a great variety on offer at Hobbycraft to suit every age group and an abundance of choice no matter what your craft is whether is is just a pastime or you make items to sell. I buy small embellishments for my needle felting projects and also cake decorating items. They offer great seasonal items throughout the year too. They always have some fantastic bargains online under the offers tab. The offers section is then broken down into different categories such as sewing, knitting & papercraft to name but a few. In the offers section there is also a clearance section with even further bargains. The website is very easy to navigate.I always shop online with Hobbycart. My parcels always arrive quickly and are packed very well. You can also get fantastic savings from discount codes at Latest Deals. jacquis
  • I love Hobbycraft, when I was preparing for my wedding I brought lots of bits and pieces from there to make my invitation cards,my centre pieces and also for the favours and cake. It is a fantastic store that literally has all those little bits you know you want to have but cannot find anywhere until you go into Hobbycraft and miraculously there they are! I visited recently after Christmas and they had so much stuff reduced cheaply. I had to stock up of course because i couldn't walk past a bargain when I saw one or many! It really is a great shop that caters for many of your creative needs. Also, don't forget to lookout for voucher codes online to get great bargain deals! zararoberts86
  • Hobbycraft is a good place for most crafting items as they have a huge variety at good prices. Their items are also high quality. You can often find cheaper prices online at other stores, but for a lot of my crafting, I feel I need to see or touch a lot of the things I'll be crafting with to ensure they are fit for purpose. They also have a Hobbycraft rewards card that gives you 15% off of your first purchase. It doesn't seem to offer much after, but you do get news about upcoming events with it. It's worth signing up if you are making a big purchase on the day. It's also good if you have kids, as many of their events are focused on kids an cheap is free. It's also a good idea to search for online discount codes to save more. Angemala
  • I used to love Hobbycraft but now I think it is really expensive, you are able to get items they sell cheaper online. I make a lot of cakes and the products used to be good value for money and high quality but online stores means I can buy in bulk making it a far cheaper purchase. I do still use Hobbycraft when passing for ribbon and a few other bits and when I can find a good voucher code online, but its not my go to store. I have friends who love the store for craft things for kids but i have boys who aren't interested in such items. sarahtwinmom
  • I shopped at Hobbycraft almost every month when the kids were younger. No matter what their project for school etc I could always find everything I needed under one roof which was a huge bonus. They stock such a wide range of items, I don't think they have never not had what I needed. The staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable and cant do enough to help. I use them now and again for personal products, they are a little more expensive but you can always save money if you will search for discount codes online. I find they always supply quality products so worth spending that little bit extra. SRFMLY
  • While it is a pleasant shop to look around I used to think Hobbycraft was the best place for crafting essentials but I don't think it is any longer. If you look around online you can often get items quite a bit cheaper. You can get savings though from voucher codes you can find on sites like Latest Deals. My teenager attended a 16+ craft session that you paid for and left very disappointed as very little assistance was given despite there only being 3 people on it & they left with an unfinished item as the class just wasn't long enough for what was expected of them.
