I made an online order through JD Sports online ordering facility, and it was due to be delivered on 3rd September 2020. The delivery agent was Hermes (need I say more?) Hermes decided to leave the parcel in a bin (which are communal, I live in flats) despite giving no prior authorisation to do this. The parcel that was left in the bin since went missing, I reported this missing to JD Sports on 3/09/2020.
They came back to me and said to allow 10-days to investigate this matter, which is fine - I did expect to have to go through an investigation. It's now almost 4-weeks on and I still have no resolution, refund or replaced parcel.
It has now been 4-weeks since I reported my parcel missing, I've had to chase JD for updates constantly, the only explanation I get is that the investigation has been escalated to a different department. I've had to request a chargeback through my debit card and bank.
Shocking how a national company can treat customers like this. Customer service lacking and do not provide the goods you've paid for. Wouldn't ever use again
