REVIEWS- When we got our Nespresso machine it came with a really good voucher code towards the pods. It meant that we could try out all the different flavours to decide which we liked the best. Love the coffee and love the machine although I feel now the novelty is starting to wear off. I don’t like the hassle of cleaning the machine which has meant that I often opt for a normal coffee with the kettle just so I don’t have to clean out the filter etc on the machine! I will try to get back in to using it because the coffee pods do taste better than any other brand. AniMoh
- Nespresso is simply the best coffee around. I've tried lots of the alternative pods and they just don't taste as good. There is a good range of machines in a rainbow of colours. There are often good deals to be had from online discount codes - free credit or frother. Buying pods online and signing up for their emails is a good way to get discount, offers etc. My only complaint is some of the newer, cheaper machines do not accept any other alternative pods, especially plastic ones that explode. Creme de la creme of coffee! They also offer a free recycling service for the pods. Mummy1
- Nespresso has a very great tasting coffee with some money off from online voucher codes but I don't like the fact that they use aluminum to their pods, neither the fact that there are no coffee makers with stainless steel interior. I would prefer to see their product in a jar and consumers to use at least reusable stainless steel pods. The environmental problem it is caused by the single use pods is enormous. KatherineSvenss

Their website is so glitchy a 5-year old could do better. You click on something and it takes you to a totally different page. You log in, add items to your basket and go to check out and it asks you to log in again. I've even had items I'd put in my own basket subsequently appear in my partner's account on a different device! Sort it out, Nespresso!!
i have to contact Nespresso customer service twice recently and both times they have been amazing! We bought our machine just under three years ago and today they are collecting it for a repair... not even a box required! This is amazing service in this day and age. I didn’t take the offer of a loan machine but was grateful to have been offered it!
I’ve had my Nespresso machine for over 7 years now. The milk warmer broke and I was able to buy it as as spare part for a nominal fee, which has given me confidence to buy from them in the future. I’m also pleased that I can buy the capsules from John Lewis now. The coffee is impressive for friends (my husband drinks the coffee). The milk warmer is great as my son uses it as safe way to warm up milk on his own for breakfast and hot chocolate.
We received an nespresso machine for a wedding present and although I’m not a coffee drinker my hubby loves it , the pods are a little expensive but the coffee is lovely and smooth and tastes expensive and he’s saving money from take away coffees and it’s much nicer . I had previously priced the machines and found them to be a little pricey but having tried it I think it is worth it although I would search for a discount code to use first or wait to on sale
I love the machine and the great range of coffees available.
Whether you like strong, medium or just a pleasant coffee the nespresso machine produces great coffee every time, combine it with a milk frother and you have a great partnership late, cappuccino, mocha etc. Overal the machines are very good however for the money I would expect it to be more rugged. As after @ 16/18 months a part broke however I was able to get a replacement part and replace it myself.
Overall though a good machine.
Only other downfall is cost of pods and
delivery but deals for large orders normally get free delivery.
I've used vouchers before and recieved some good deals.
Never had to return anything always a good service.
We have a Nespresso Vertuo machine and it's the best coffee I've ever had at home.
It makes a proper cup full as well as expresso and they taste better than high street coffee shops for a fraction of the price. The pods are only available from Nespresso for this machine and are fairly priced with free delivery.
Nespresso knows how to tempt the coffee lovers - their site is slick and well designed, their products look pretty and their staff seem customer focused. However, their products are not worth the price tag, and the quality is not what they used to be - you are better off buying a generic machine that does the same job at a cheaper price. Customer service can be dismissive of issues. I would avoid this brand altogether
