Pasta evangelist was a great experience. During lock down our daughter ordered us one and it was delicious. The pasta was so fresh and the sauce was lovely. It was every bit as good as you would get in a top restaurant. We will definitely be using it again. We tried a few food delivery places lately and this one was the best easy.
The food was very tasty and I got some free prosecco and tirimisu for signing up too. It is very expensive so I wouldn't pay full price. I got 40% off which I think is more like it. I just wished the food had a longer date on it. I ordered 3 different meals and the date was up 2 days after delivery. I couldn't eat them in time and I didn't want to freeze them as that defeated the object of having fresh pasta. The food did come well packaged and still chilled.
Nduja and marscapone sauce was not good at all. Don’t know what went wrong but I emailed Pasta Envangelists to tell them how poor it was but heard nothing. It basically tasted like some mass produced motorway service station / hospital bland sauce. Pasta itself was fine but sauce 2/10 max. Have not bought a second time.
