• Poundshop is brilliant for getting things for the garden like seeds, trays, and equipment that would normally be really expensive. I have ordered from them recently after seeing a good discount code on a money saving group online. I spent quite a while browsing and got 15 items that would have cost me way more in a garden centre. The items arrived quickly and nothing was damaged so I haven't had to use customer services. • Poundshop has always been great and I’ve bought many fantastic items from them with great delivery, online voucher codes and service. However, the last order has completely put me off with the lack of customer service. I bought some cactus tea lights and the postage was £4.95 so I thought I’d get a few more everyday items just to make the order worthwhile. I got my order and the one thing I wanted was missing .. the tea lights! I contacted customer service and explained that I didn’t have them and after waiting over a week for a reply, I got an email saying they didn’t have them in stock and I’d been refunded a pound! I was so annoyed as I could have just bought the other items from Tesco - I only bought them to make delivery worthwhile and had I been informed that the item was out of stock before they sent it out, I would have cancelled the order. • Poundshop is one of the best sources for bargains on the high street. The range of stock is superb. The tool section is a particular favourite as a keen DIY buff. Incredibly low prices for quality merchandise. Great range of crisps chocolate and other snacks. I buy stationary there for my daughter so she is stocked up for school. They are constantly rotating stock so there is always something new. Deals tend to be BOGOFS. I'm not aware of vouchers but I will surely search for voucher codes online from now on at Latest Deals for savings. There is a small section of half price stock. I suppose with prices so low further savings isn't always possible. Top shop. One of my favourite bargain spots. Mrmac
• I love Poundshop. It is very nice for buying cleaning liquids, shampoos and other small household things. It is nice to shop there on Christmas coz they have very cheap Christmas decorations and festive stuff. Not only Christmas actually, but Halloween, Easter and other holidays they always prepare and have nice and cheap things. I also love buying toys from there, it is very cheap way to make kids happy. It is nice for snacks, crisps and sweets as well. Very satisfied customer. Don't forget to look for online discount codes regularly if you're looking for some money off. themystery3
