I brought a little tikes fantastic firsts 3-in-1 activity walker for my baby sister's birthday (which was definitely a good deal since it was like £5 cheaper than any other store), and got worried that I couldn't see the tracking (after just over a week or so)! I managed to do a bit of googling to find the live chat, and was connected almost immediately to Emma yesterday. She noticed she couldn't find the tracking either, and so she called up Asda for me directly, who were experiencing the same issues with that parcel. Then she offered to send another one out since they had some in stock at the warehouse. I explained that we'd had issues with Hermes before, so if it would be possible to avoid them and go with someone else, so she shipped it with Yodel.
I spoke to her and received the parcel just a few days later. This speedy arrival, especially during Covid-19 is amazing, and the support she gave me was super helpful to adapt to the situation and really resolved the problem. Thank you Emma!
