Things I loved - the online video call allowing me to ask questions about the bike - excellent service. Online chat great, Bike is fantastic. However, there were some issues at times. The online ordering had an issue with Chrome and payment gateway. Caused issues with ordering. COVID also meant long delay to bike build - this was fine, of course. Bike build was brought forward - great - BUT then kept getting pushed back by a week - for around a month. Issues will parts supply. Again, I understand BUT no-one ever contacted me to advise of this. I had to ask each week what the status was. These delays should be communicated to me - just an email would be good. Overall, love Ribble but some communication caused issues.
