I have never shopped here before, but i wanted a decent chopping board. I found a discounted wooden one here, the delivery was only £2.95. It was here within 2 days! Its great quality and I'm very impressed with the whole transaction. I have also earned points which i can use in the future.

Very bad to navigate and checkout difficult,wouldnt load paypal unless i registered with them first.But prices are good.I only found by installing new latest deals app but now i have loaded LD app its also hard to navigate whereas old app was fine! I cant now find the review new app section on LD which is why i loaded newer app in first place! I shall try go back to old app!

Quirky quality good value for money anf absolutley outstanding customer service, not once have i been left disapointed by the service afforded to me. Also on the rare occasion theres a problem with anything you order all it takes is a quick email and usually your refunded with in 2 days, fab little site!!!!

Having received a few orders from Roov now I can safely say I am very impressed with the quality of the products and the service they provide. The lighting deals are great and always delivered very fast. Postage is cheap at only £2.95. I will continue to buy from Roov in the future and would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a bargain

I have never heard of them until i see them here and what a great website for ordering some stuffs.. The items that i bought are great in quality i could not ask for better. I used a voucher so another discount.. I am so pleased as despite the lockdown the delivery is quick and no hassle.. il use them again..

I've been buying from this company for a couple of months and can report that they have been reliable. There are some really good bargains to be had and can be compared like-for-like at other retailers. Their postage is fair, starting at £2.95 or free for £49 and over. I've purchased some heavy products within my orders and still only charged the minimum. That can't be bad. They also come well packed/secure so less damage. The most recent order I made came in two separate packages, a box and a very large padded bag but I was only charged postage once. Payments can be made through Mastercard, Visa, American Express and, more importantly, Paypal so you feel quite secure in taking the risk with an unknown retailer. The site has a weekly new crop of deals every Thursday and they run until the following Wednesday or until sold out. I have had no problems with the site so cannot comment on Customer Service. The ordering system is clear to follow and the buyer is kept well informed of the order through emails. Just be aware that there are restrictions on their voucher codes - they do not include Lightning Deals and Special Offers.

I first heard about Roov on LD and I've found that they sell quality goods at great prices, cheaper than Amazon as they regularly point out and they definitely are. Since my first purchase after being alerted by an LD link I've now done several shops with them and I'll carry on checking them out in the future, they also have Roov points rewards which knock their prices down even further. Delivery is free if the order is over fifty pounds and takes from 2-4 days. I'd highly recommend them for any LD members.

I bought a set of three bamboo trays which were on a lightening deal. The price was very good and the delivery was very quick, within 48 hours which was tracked. The quality is very good and I plan to use them again for other products due to the price and quality. Would highly recommend.
