I have to write about the royal mail as used to be a real fan of this company but recently I feel like the service has slipped. The price and delivery options over Christmas was terrible we had some many parcels which got delivered in January instead of before Christmas. Lets hop things change and they get better.

The postal services has been thoroughly professional, and on top of it all our postmen have regularly asked about us, made sure we were ok, asked if they could help us, called us by our names which means a lot i can tell you. Considering they have been the only people we have seen they Have been our lifeline. They have gone above and beyond expected and have really helped us through this past year.

It is good that you have the option to collect your parcel from your local royal mail depot or have the option to redeliver the parcel for a day that batter suits you with an option for the days available. The downside is that organising redelivery can be a little bit tricky as the reference number is not always legible. Overall the quality if the service ideal and pretty good.
