I've always been a champion of this brand but, sadly, my two star rating is accurate for the last two online purchases. (in two different months) The problems experienced on the first order were repeated on the most recent purchase.
Very late dispatch time on orders - notification from Sanctuary 8 days after purchase but Royal Mail tracking had not yet received them. This continued until I contacted them through my account, leaving a detailed message. They did not respond so I can honestly report that their Customer Service is very poor. Both orders took 15/16 days to arrive and I don't think that's good enough without customer support. Both orders were finally delivered with a 48hr service. To forget a customer's orders twice in three months is beyond careless.
They sometimes have discount vouchers and offers, the most recent had free postage, which was accepted at checkout, but charged on process so it's important to check your receipt.
That said, the products are absolutely lovely and I will continue to buy.......but from a local retailer and never again online.
