Maybe when your daughter used it on their account (or perhaps had been sent a code of their own ) there was a glitch which has now been closed ? Or perhaps they work on the app but not on the website ? (I only tried yours on the website ) .

That's often the problem on here . Members "like" and comment on a "deal" without even trying it .
