Terrible customer service. Store is profiting from covid situation as much as possible.
As we are all unable to try items on due to covid, most other reputable stores are being more flexible in their returns policy. Not select. Not only are they only offering 14 days to return an item, which is absolutely useless if you have to self isolate, they are also not giving refunds, only store credit, even though you cannot try on items in store. Their excuse is that they must abide by their policy. They can easily change this policy but choose to profit from the current situation instead. You have lost another customer.
Staff in the store were also incredibly rude when telling me their policy. I did not appreciate two members of staff both shouting over me at once when I simply asked if I could return an item. They also informed me that you could get 28 days to return items bought online "but only because they legally had to otherwise they wouldn't do that". Appalling and I won't return again.
