What people think of T2tea

I used to love T2. I loved going instore, having a chat, drinking some free samples of freshly brewed tea etc. Its a lovely break and experience on the high street. I didn't mind paying for overpriced tea. The packaging was nice, the tea was of a high quality and it was always a treat to myself.
I was part of the T2 community, not like I was invited to any events or anything, but I had my loyalty card, and spent enough on tea to finally get some for free! Unfortunately, it rained. A lot. The paper loyalty card got soaked. I took what was left into store, asked whether at least they had my points on record and no. Despite them asking my e-mail address everytime I purchased something, there was no list of purchases, nor just my loyalty points.
I felt pretty let down. I was a student and this was always a treat to myself. Granted, my card was destroyed, but I somehow thought my points were online too. Why not, right? So no more free tea. I don't go in anymore because I realised how silly it really is to be buying tea as a treat, and that really I'd appreciate something more permanant.
