I've been ordering my plants and seeds from this company for many years now, and have always found them to be great quality. Only one time plants arrived in poor condition, but this was due to the delivery service and not this company. The prices are a little on the higher side, but I've learned that you get what you pay for when it comes to my garden. Worth keeping an eye on the emails which often have great offers.

The prices are really competitive and the offer prices are sometimes great savings. However two out of 5 of my orders the last 12 months, have not been up to standard - half the plants have already been dead on arrival. However contacting them is easy and customers services were very helpful and resolved issue.

I have had their plants and always found them to continue to grow. That's fab as I am not the best with plants. Fair prices. Delivery was as expected which meant I could give gift on time to a family member. I have had no reason to contact customer service so don’t know how they are but order dealt with quickly.

Use them every year, their seeds are fabulous, great germination rate, love their Heritage varieties, have to be honest I use them mainly for vegetable seeds but their plants are lovely, at the moment they have some great deals on, for example selected seeds 10 for £10, it's a good idea to subscribe and get regular email offers, have to say their deliveries are really good, always arrive in good time. If you are a gardener or just starting out with a veggie patch you can't go wrong!

I ordered a mini fig tree for my garden in late May and found what I was looking for on the T&M site. Navigation and checkout on their site was very easy and they made it clear that my order would be posted in July when it was ready. Having received some plants from another online plant distributor which arrived in a dreadful state I was worried my fig would suffer the same fate. Thankfully my fears were unfounded. The fig was expertly wrapped and the soil moist with the baby plant in excellent condition. Also included were growing on instructions. I am delighted with the overall service from T&M from order to receipt. A fantastic service and experience.

When I ma looking for variety of seeds: flowers, bulbs, vegetables name it.. I always go here first more than the others... They got really good quality seeds.. So far I made great blooming plants from them. I highly recommend them.. I got a problem last time with a product I ordered and they replied immediately.

This year they've failed to deliver and promised refunds that never happen. You can't call them to query your order or refund as their phone lines are always busy and an email takes up to 7 days to be replied to. The reply you get is a generic copied and pasted half assed apology and a promise they'll look into and get back to you... They never get back to you. Seriously, read the reviews or prepare to be disappointed.

I ordered the 72 Perennial Plants offer last year. (6 x 12 different plants) I took advantage of the reduced offer/discount, that they always do as the season goes on, and it proved to be good value. The plants arrived in good condition, were potted on, and only one set of 6 plants failed, with only 4 surviving. I then grew them on in large pots outside. The display last year was magnificent, less so this year, but that was down to me. I have used these people from time to time, and find their prices can be rather expensive, but they do some good discounts occasionally, so can be worth the £4.95 carriage (or free if the order is over £60.00). The pack quantities are quite large too, so if you only want the odd bit and piece, then this might not appeal. The packaging comes with all the plant names clearly marked, essential so you know what is what, and usually survive the delivery process. I have never had to complain about damage, so cannot comment on their refund/replacement service. Their 72 plant offers regularly appear in magazines and newspapers, and it's worth waiting to see how much the prices reduce as the season progresses, or order early and get your plants in good time to get them ready for summer. All, bar one, of the plants came up again this year, so the quality is good enough to survive winter in pots. They will post out a free catalogue too, and if you are on their e. Mail list, you often get some good deals sent too on a regular basis.

Two part order , 1 part never materialised, so I said I would cancel the whole order as they did not answer the phone . or online chat, and I would like a full refund . It took me umpteen emails untill I finally got someone with a bit of customer support savvy who said they would refund my full money back, still took 11days for the money to pop back into my account. Read other reviews about the flowers and there were many unhappy people out here.
