• TopCashback is really good.I get payments faster compared to other competitors. The variety of the companies they work with is satisfactory as well. The customer service is very good, I receive very quick replies and always resolve any problem that may occur. The website is easy to navigate and I do love the little treats they offer you around Christmas and Easter(money by browsing their pages or actual products) as well the additional savings you can get from online discount codes. Sometimes you may need to wait a lot of weeks for the cashback, but I don't personally mind because you will get it in the end and none owes you that anyway lol .It feels better when you know it will be the "x amount of weeks" rather than keeping you in the dark It is a very useful website.KatherineSvenss
• I find TopCashBack very good. Their rates are nearly always better than Quidco but more importantly I find that their tracking is a lot more accurate than Quidco. I always get my purchase track with no issue on TopCashback. Their customer support is also very quick at getting back and I always feel they put the customer first. Their Highest Cashback Guarantee is also useful as not only will they match Quidco, they’ll beat them by a little as well, which is especially useful on larger purchases. • TopCashback is great managed to earn just over £290 last year and also save it through your the year and cash in in December to pay for Christmas shopping. • After briefly reading the experience others have had with this merchant, I must be doing something wrong, cos as mentioned by Agnes, I have had no luck with receiving cashback. I have filled the online dispute claim form as advised by their FB team, and I never heard back. This has happened on multiple occasions, despite doing all that was required from me, so I have given up TopCashback. It doesn't rank at the 'Top'. They have never paid me the 'Cash'. And I never hear 'Back'. Well, you can however find discount codes on Latest Deals, so I hope you save money and get your cashback. NijKay
• I really like Topcashback. They have a ridiculous amount of stores, websites and companies that they offer cashback for and although some of the percentages are very small, it's still making a saving that you wouldn't otherwise have! Plus you can search for voucher codes online if you want more money off! The website is really easy to use! The sign up offers are excellent. I managed to get £11 worth of revolution eye shadow (a pallet of 144 eyeshadow a) for free and they said it would take a month to be refunded and the money was in my PayPal in less than three weeks. • I wish I knew about TopCashback sooner as I could have saved so much, especially when combining it with online voucher codes. I only joined a year ago and already saved a decent amount. However the customer service is poor and very often the cashback doesn’t track at the right amount. It is so frustrating as I choose TopCashback over its competitor as the cash-back amount is higher. But then it tracks lower anyway! I put in so many support tickets to customer services and not a single incorrectly tracked claim has been resolved. Resulting in me just having to accept a lower amount. But then having said that it’s still cash back form purchases at the end of the day so better than getting nothing. AniMoh
• I find TopCashback okay but I still have money pending from months ago but good otherwise. Not sure if it is certain retailers. It's a shame it's not instant or within a set time standard - a week. They have great deals where if you spend a certain amount e.g. £25 they will give you £2.50 free, and there are online discounts codes available to save you even more money.
