There are some restrictions on the voucher. It can only be used once on a lifetime of an account. So if the customer used a voucher (day pass or 7 days pass) on his account in the past it won’t be able to use another voucher. The only way around this issue if for the customer to create a new NOW TV account with a new email address and a new bank details.
- Watch out for the 'Smart' subscription which is automatically added on at checkout. Whilst it does offer discounted prices, it costs £0.99p a month.
- Also watch out for 'Customer Protection' which is automatically added at checkout. This costs approximately £1.99 and is unnecessary. You can remove it at checkout.
