We have recently moved to an area that actually has uber eats drivers and it has been such a great experience using their service. It was a novelty at the start going through all the takeaway places until we found the best ones. The drivers have been great and everything has been correct so far !!

I have a very varied experience with uber eats. Sometimes food can arrive quickly and accurately but on at least four occasions i've had items missing from my order. Uber eats has a form you can fill in if this happens and you will be refunded for missing items. The best thing about uber eats is you can track your order and contact your driver. However on my last order my driver just sat around for ages in random roads before coming to my house and delivering cold food, he also didn't carry out instructions I requested on the live chat. I contacted customer services and although they were quick to respond they were incredibly unhelpful and I have since used ubereats less.

A friend recommended to me and I signed up. We both got £10 off our next £15 order. I found the driver to be polite and prompt and was able to order from places that don't normally deliver. I'm not sure if I would still order without a discount code as the delivery charge and the admin fee is quite dear. Foodhub seems like much better value for money, even without a discount code.

I have used Uber Eats a few times and the service is normally good. I have on one occasion been 3rd on the delivery route which meant luke warm food but normally the food is delivered quickly and hot. The charge for the service however seems to be going up with a flat delivery charge plus a 10% service charge they have put in. Variety of good is good and you can normally find a voucher code to use.

I love Uber Eats. The service is always outstanding, my deliveries are always on time or early. The delivery people are always polite and friendly. And I really like the tracking feature too. And there is so many different choices of take aways and restaurants to choose from so I'm always sure to find something I'm in the mood for.

I used Uber Eats once - about a year ago - and resolved never to use them ah ain as: 1. Driver got lost, then 2. Went to wrong outlet, followed by 3. Got lost again, so 4. My good was cold when it arrived! I complained, but Uber Eats did nothing - other than alllogise. Then, three months ago, my wife took them up on their kind NHS Key Workers deal/offer. It didn’t work, and she was charged full price. Then, her order was cancelled (after waiting an hour!) - just as messages came through to say that the driver couldn’t find us, couldn’t read our door number, and had been sitting outside for seven minutes! Well, make your mind up: which was it? As we have full view of the road from our living room, we knew nobody had arrived... In the end, the charge did not go through. Just as well, as we had to find a quick supper in short order! Neither of us will be using Uber Eats ever again.

Great selection of local restaurants to help support. The local store add on that happened during lockdown for household essentials has been a big help to those who don’t want to leave the house during this time. Delivery fee on some are a bit high but you pay for convenience of it I suppose.

Good offers on occasion although a lot of the time the delivery partners are slow and food arrives cold (not every time but often). This can usually be a result of shared deliveries or drivers that appear stuck on the tracking map! Customer service is decent and the range of restaurants to choose from is quite good.

I live 5 minutes from McDonald’s and it took Uber eats about an hour to deliver, the driver delivered food to another address before delivering mine food was cold and ice in drinks was melted this was all during lockdown however it wasn’t any better beforehand so now I either use another service or don’t bother and the customer service was basically ‘’ it’s nothing to do with us’’ even though I stated exactly how long it took to deliver they just were not interested worst customer service and delivery service ever especially as I had to pay for cold food to be delivered not impressed at all and now refuse to use

My experience is generally good with Uber however I will say that their customer service is very poor! A delivery driver I had didn't bother to use key pad to be let into tower block building and by the time we got down stairs to pick up the food he had left and said we were a "no show" and put a black mark on my account. I complained online and their replies we're robotic responses, no understanding of what I was trying to explain to them what happened. Would give you a few word replies as if it was an automated response. Wouldn't directly answer my questions, and I would have to keep asking the same question over and over to eventually just give up with them, they said they had "limitations to work with" with is a poor excuse for being lazy and not wanting to deal with my complaint, shockingly poor! To be fair however this year they have been handing out 50% off vouchers a lot, probably due to the pandemic which has been great but I wouldn't recommend using anything other than a 50% off code as their delivery prices and service fees are far too high. £5 delivery fee for some restaurants is rediculous when a lot of restaurants on say JustEat are further afield and will deliver for cheaper. Not to mention they ramp up the prices of food, for example a KFC party bucket is £26 in store, Uber charge £33 for the same thing. I don't honestly understand how they can do that. Overall good, but JustEat are far better for customer service and dealing with refunds.

We have used Uber eats a few times now and have had really good service. Most times The food was delivered fast and the price was always reasonable. We have had a few discount codes in the past which make it an even better deal. On occasion we have had to wait a bit longer and the food ordered was cold but it is very rare. We usually have food delivered to our hotel and there hasn't been any problems and everyone we have dealt with have always been friendly and polite

I've used Uber Eats a lot, specially now days when they have so much to chose from. Sometimes I choose one of my regular take outs and other times we like to try something new and venture out. Price is always what you expect, but they do do deals when some places offer a discount or free delivery. I've only asked for a refund once, it was from mcdonalds and we were missing two things. Within an hour customer service had got back to us and given us a full refund!! Delivery is always quicker than the time they state too.

I order off Uber Eats fairly often due to the discount codes they release regularly from 25% to 50% off. There have never been any issues with my orders and they are delivered quickly. I would say, generally, the delivery fee tends to be higher than other places... And one thing to note though is the service fee they charge which can cancel out the discount amount.

Really depends on the restaurant for service however I have contacted UberEats a few times with issues and they've always been sorted quite quickly. Prices are slightly inflated but you're paying for convenience. Delivery fees are the only thing that really put me off with them, otherwise a good service to have when needed.

I use Uber Eats all the time. There are loads of great restaurants near my local area and there always seem to be discount codes or free delivery promotions available. I've only ever once had a bad experience where I think we got someone else's food, but Uber Eats gave a refund straight away - you had to take a photo of the receipt, and I think it clearly showed the items were different than what we had ordered. I would recommend Uber Eats to everyone, especially on those grey and rainy days where you can't be bothered to go to the supermarket. Always keep an eye out for an Uber Eats promo code - quite often existing customers can use them too.

Uber eats is a great food delivery service. They almost always arrive on time. Their prices are reasonable. The food is always correct and in good condition. Whether you're hungry for Thai, Italian, or other divine cuisines Uber Eats will deliver. They also have some great deals and promo codes.

They don't advertise where they deliver too and so will take orders they cannot commit to. Twice we fell victim to this, ordering food to find that the drivers picked up the food and then refused to travel to our house. When contacting them to discuss this found the driver rude and then the helpline not helping arrange a refund. It's not a service I feel comfortable recommending or sing again and they need greater transparency to just where they deliver

I have mixed feelings about Uber Eats . I love them because they deliver me Mc Donalds , Kfc and other places but the prices they add on top are a joke sometimes. They charge delivery prices which is expected but the 10% service charge they have now added to selected places also is not needed and can spoil the experience. I do enjoy the food though and its great being able to track my delivery by the app. They do occasional money off offers which is an added bonus.

I have only just signed up recently to Uber eats but during lockdown in placing orders with them I have learned to respect and appreciate the job they are doing in these unusual times.Ive probably placed at least 1 order a week in lockdown and when asking for it being delivered and the quality of the food and drink is its still hot /warm and the time I am told it will be here is when it arrives and has never been late . Brilliant , courteous and punctual service is what every customer wants and with Uber you get it .
