I have been on virgin Atlantic Airways, there work assistant, are great. Respectful & kind & very clean some of there airplane's are quite big. Toilets are usually clean & smell nice but not 100%, but any public toilet or airplane toilet is the same, but at least most of the time it is clean. There food is enjoying & have good meals, they don't have alot to pick from, but food taste good & fresh, specially snacks. I think they are good but tickets can be expensive with this company, so I have only been twice on there plane.

I used Virgin Atlantic last year when taking a week long holiday to New York. Check In was self service, I simply scanned my boarding pass and a luggage label was printed, The Virgin waiting area had piles of Newspapers and Magazines for you to select and take on board, so that boredom would not be an issue. The Plane itself was clean and modern; with a blanket, eye mask and headphones on every seat. Leg room was ample, which considering I am over six foot, is not always the case. In flight entertainment was very good, with a wide variety of up to date films, TV shows or music albums to watch or listen to. The food was also very enjoyable, and it felt like no sooner had we eaten and cleared away one meal then another one was on its way. Stewardesses were always attentive, but without being invasive. Our trip home was over night, so they cabin lights were dimmed and all passenger announcements muted. Everything about flying with Virgin Atlantic felt special, and I fear going back to using budget airlines is going to be something of a shock!

We used to fly a lot to the USA and this was a very good airline that I could rely on. They have direct flights from London( Maybe Manchester or Birmingham) to different locations in US including Florida, New York, Los Angeles and maybe even Chicago or San Francisco. Every time I fly to the US I will fly with Virgin Atlantic.
