• I think Waterstones is a good book shop, it has a nice layout and a fantastic selection of books on pretty much every subject. However the prices are nearly always the full RRP so I often find a book I would like to purchase is a few pounds cheaper with a quick internet search. They don't appear to want to compete with Amazon or the Book people for example. I feel bad that I browse there but buy elsewhere but we all want the best price possible and this isn't what Waterstones offer in my opinion. • As a store, I love Waterstones. Its selection is great, and has a good range of non fiction politics/history books. The section can sometimes have very little, but on quite a few occasions I've got some really good discounts on books from voucher codes on sites like Latest Deals. Other than the sale, I don't actually buy too much from there, as the majority are at RRP, so it's only with a gift card that I'd chose them over others/the internet. Yet their selection of events is good, and its nice to find a place that does offer book related singings and talks! • I love Waterstones to browse in but I wouldn't buy from there unless a specific sale is on or if there's a bargain deal offer from online voucher codes. I love book shops. Books in general. • Waterstones is one of my favourite shops. I love reading and have spent a lot of time growing up as a child in book shops and libraries. I still love books and there is nothing better than spending some time in Waterstones browsing the books, reading the start of some and choosing one to take home to read. • I am a huge reader and Waterstones is at the top of my book shops. I can literally spend hours in their shops browsing, they have an amazing range and always very well stocked.
