I have a lot of different feeling about Wish. I bought a lot of things from the website and some of them were really good with up to 50% off from discount codes online. I got a watch for my Mum with on it and it is so nice and looks great. I also got some fake product and they look like the real things. But some of the sellers are naughty. They do not exactly sell what is on the picture. Like I bought a bouquet of artificial flowers and only got one flower, was expensive for only one. Also some. Of the items are smaller than the item on the pictures and some of them poor quality. I realized, that always need to buy the bit expensive offer, not the cheaper deal and also need to check the feedbacks from the seller. If you check all the details and dimensions than can be assured you will get a good deal. If you are not happy with the item Wish will refund it. bibolda
I am tempted to buy from Wish a couple of time, but never really buy from them. their price looks cheap and there are some good voucher code deals but they are not when you added the delivery fee. Even when they do free items only pay delivery or less then £1 they are still not the cheapest. i always managed to find cheaper price from eBay or Aliexpress. I didn't use the app, only use the web and it's not user friendly. there is no sort or filter feature. Apiapiaba
iIve bought loads of thing from Wish, ranging from crystals, jewellery, craft supplies, baby clothes, watches, shoes, boots, plus many more things. You have to wait a few weeks or so for the items to turn up but they usually arrive within the stated time. Things are very cheap so you shouldn't set your expectations to high. On the odd occasion things do not turn up or are complete rubbish you just raise comment with their support team and they always refund the price of the item plus the postage. The one thing I do not like about Wish is that they do not combine postage so if you buy several items you will have to play their postage rate for each item, Just double check as it can often more than double the cost of your order and always look for available voucher codes offer online for some money off. They also have some items listed as free but when you check the postage rate its usually doubled up to the standard rate. jacquis

Hot or miss is my opinion of wish. We have bought some great stuff that has saved us a fortune but also received stuff that looks nothing like the picture. The stuff on offer can be a little shocking some times with knifes and fake gorsedd and also the 4 week delivery time can be a pain. Overall though take the risk and you might be surprised!!!
I buy a lot of shoes from wish because it's the best place I can find a good deal. I bought a pair of Versace boots last month that retailed at £250 but I managed to find them almost brand new on wish for only £30. And it was delivered to me by the end of the week.
Always have good deals and competitive prices however be wary as they seem as good looking at times when they advertise but in actual they are not.. Greta that they do refund but the long waiting and then receiving the item not up for the quality standard one is expecting... I only used it few times as i ve been dismayed..
Delivery can be slow, because the things are coming from China.
Always pay with paypal, if it not turns up or have any problem they pay u back, but to be honest I contacted Wish`s customer service and they gave my money back, after I got one artificial flower instead of a bouquet.
But I also bought a bag which was really good quality and everyone liked it.
There are no vouchers or discount codes there. Everything is discounted.
I think the clothing not cheap. Some items are good value for money.
I am ordering a lot of stuff on wish and never had any problems. Of course you will have to wait a long time because it comes from china but for that little money it’s definitely worth it. I don’t expect much when I order clothes from there but it mostly turns out alright. If you need costumer service it is easy to get. Can recommend
The wish app is very easy to use and you always get pop up codes for 5% off here and there so it is easy to use a discount voucher. The prices are very very cheap for most of the stuff. However, a lot of the times it adds more on to the delivery and so I have asked for a refund before. Delivery does take a very long time but that’s maybe due to the fact majority items come from China. However the chat bot is very helpful and you can cancel an item or ask for a refund very easily.
I wanted to use Wish as the offers they have seem amazing. I put out a question on the latest deals site and I got a lot of response. What I got out of it was the items take a while to arrive as they are coming from China. When the item does arrive it is not always the best quality. And if you buy clothes go for a bigger size and do not expect high quality on them either. I may give it a go for my own experience
Sadly, I have found Wish to be cheap, but not particularly cheerful.
I tried buying a couple of dog coats, and despite the size stating they would fit a dog from 40 to 50kg, they reality was far from that. My dogs could use them as gloves at a push.
Add to that, delivery times are long, I believe it took over 3 weeks for the mini dog coats to arrive.
Seriously hit or miss. I have ordered a lot in the past and have had an overall average experience. No real problems with shipping.
The prices are ridiculously inexpensive which drove me to order in the first place. I have mostly ordered home decor and clothing. Some sizing has been off. Some colours a little different to the picture advertised. Some decor a lot smaller than what I was expecting. You get what you pay for and ordering online is always a risk. Thankfully not been on the receiving end of anything completely off course.
I can’t comment on returning items as I have never felt it was worth the hassle with being so cheap to begin with. Like I say, not had any real problems before.
Customer service and delivery I would say average. Nothing has gone missing and always received what I ordered.
I’ve come to the realisation that for piece of mind and for parting with money that I would rather pay a bit extra and get what I actually thought I was buying in the first place. It is a fun app though. Some of the things advertised are ridiculously funny. Worth a look if anything for a giggle.
Wish products are cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for. Delivery times aren’t quick but that is because they post from China. They have a wide variety of products from home ware to baby. If you are looking for low priced items and don’t mind waiting for them to arrive give them a go
I have used wish in the past and thought that I was willing to compromise cost for delivery time. However what I didn't realize is that I was actually compromising quality.
From the approximate 20 orders I made on the site, I only had one that was ever able to be used. This was a make-up bag that was actually very nice.
I personally found that the clothes were the worst quality, with cheap fabric and poor stitching, they usually arrived see-through.
Their return policy seems good, but it is far more time and effort than it is worth trying to make a return.
I think that you could use the site, however you have to be aware that it is a gamble.
Ordered a Sony Walkman 64gbt, yes it was relatively cheap plus £10 postage. Delivery date went from 4 days to nearly 3 weeks. What came was not a Sony but a look-a-like and only 3gbt to get 64 you have to insert a card. Originally they said it was correct item, then it was a replacement of same quality/spec, finally after 5 days agreed refund. Another item on order has not yet arrived after 4 weeks, original delivery was 1 - 2 weeks. Beware what they have on site is not always what you get and be careful putting things in 'basket' as they tell you you've bought them and charge goes through immediately. Will not use them again.
I had this and was convinced everything came from China and wasn't the best quality then didn't use it for many months. However trying again it seems that there is greater transparency of where items come from and having ordered one or two things much better quality. I like that a reward scheme has been added and have already managed to get an extra 5% discount in no time. Regular updates on where my goods are in terms of delivery.
I recently ordered a hand bag set, which to 6 weeks to deliver, but its not bad for the price. I also got a good quality strimmer harness which only took 3 weeks. There are goods that you can collect locally, but i haven't tried this. When ordering always look at the cost of delivery as a £1 bargain is not a bargain if its £7-£10 for delivery! And bare in mind it can take weeks to come. You do get the odd update to say its been shipped and when its delivered etc. The app gives you a 'discount' of up to 50% off items if you log in every few days, but i haven't used this yet. Read the comments to gauge if the item/seller is good.
Personally I have not had good experiences with orders I have made from wish.com . My first issue was when I purchased a few usb flash drives to find that they did not have as much space on them as what was advertised . The final straw for me was when I ordered a couple of items of cat furniture . There was a big delay so I tracked the order on their app to see that they had been marked as delivered . I contacted their customer care advisors twice . The tracking number was from a chinese company so I asked them to find out where my items were . I was refused this information. I asked for a refund or a replacement as I had not received the items I paid for and it was their responsibility. On both accounts I was fobbed off completely and was told as delivered there was nothing they were going to do. I was fuming but got absolutely nowhere . I would never order from this website again . Customer service was none existent and considering how nonchalant they were, I was left disbelieving that the items had ever been dispatched in the first place .
I didn't receive an item I ordered I contacted the customer support team they were unable to track my order instead they offered me a refund and said if the item turned up I could keep it for free. I received my refund quickly and with no problems. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving the item I ordered especially after waiting for over a month
I used to shop with Wish (this was prior to the pandemic so no excuses for that), they were very good at taking my money but very very poor at delivering the goods described or for that matter at all. Last Christmas I ordered 9 Christmas gnome decorations. I had to really push them to deliver anything. They sent the wrong ones, parts of ones, and in the end gave me a PARTIAL refund. Needless to say I consider this company to be totally incompetent at supplying products and cheeky to the point of insulting when it comes to refunds.
