Charbonnel to establish a chocolatier and confectionary house in London's Bond Street. The Charbonnel collaboration with British artisan gin makers, Sipsmith, is an absolute treat. The Gin Truffle is made with Sipsmith, a London Dry Gin of truly uncompromising quality and character. These are dark chocolate truffles with a white chocolate, cream, Sipsmith Gin and natural juniper centre, lightly dusted in icing sugar.
