Discover how they make wine, ale and liqueurs on the Winery and Brewery Tour for Two. The Chiltern Valley Winery and Brewery is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty near Henley on Thames. You will be guided on a tour “behind the scenes” where a detailed explanation of the production processes from grape pressing and fermentation to bottling and labelling are explained. After your tour you will get to enjoy a tutored tasting session which takes place in the “Tasting Room”. You will then have the opportunity to sample 3 to 4 of each of their Wines, Ales and Liqueurs now that you know how they are made.
