Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General: Tastiest when Microwaved straight from the freezer.
Caution: The tray may soften on heating and will regain rigidity on standing.
When removing the film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.
- Do not refreeze after defrosting.
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only.
Microwave - From Frozen: Pierce the film lid.
Full Power for: 700W 6 mins, 800W 5 mins, 900W 5 mins
Peel back the film lid & stir.
Re-cover and heat for a further:
700W 3 mins, 900W 3 mins, 800W 3 mins
Stand for 1 minute, remove the film lid, stir and serve.
