I.moved house before lockdown . I Have a PAYG mobile and have had numerous offers from a certain provider but when a "contract phone arrived with a supposed 50 GB
data . The mobile itself was a 2019 model which I had previously had but I tend to fall and have serious tremors . The phone itself was working out at nearly 3 times the cost but reading the contract they were actually offering me 5 GB
Data. So I returned the phone and sim card within the 14 day cooling off period but "the company " is now trying to bill me a cancellation fee. This was a contract phone which I didn't want in the 1st place but to me this was taking advantage of people in lockdown so the "sales person " could gain their % of sales.
