Instructions

Before first use, remove all packaging and wash in warm soapy water, towel dry. Do not store if damp or wet. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners. The use of plastic or wooden utensils is advised to avoid damage to non-stick surface. Always match the pan size to the size of yur head source. Allow the head to extend beyond the base of the pan may result in over-heating and the handle becoming hot. Never leave pans unattended or allow to heat empty during use. Always use oven gloves when handling lids or handles. Remove lids by lifting away from you to avoid contact with steam.

Avoid sudden temperature changes. Carbon steel cookware is best use on Gas, Electric, Halogen & Ceramic Stove tops - use on iduction hobs is not recommended. Not recommened for dishwasher use.
