Trouble is you can’t cancel. It took me a year at war with them. I cancelled before the trail and they continued for a year taking £20 odd pounds a month out of my account. Luckily my bank was brilliant at giving me my money back.
Ah sorry to hear that I cancelled mine on the app was quite easy pretty much cancelled after received my trial and supply once delivered but I may keep it on now as I have noticed a difference 
so just got myself a new bill
