Thanks for sharing this freebie. A friend of mine has recently been diagnosed with diabetes and any information is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately after being diagnosed he wasn't given any advice on how to manage his condition. I've seen a few freebies on here with great information about diabetes so will order them for him .
