LouiseSheppard the children’s pack is great . It comes with the teddy bear who has patches/plasters where he may need injections. There is an easy to understand book explaining the condition and what to do if you have it . Also you get regular information emailed to your email address.
The JDRF website is really good, there's so much information available and they offer lots of different booklets / guides aimed at parents, teens, kids etc written it a way that's understandable and relatable.
I got a lot of info from them when I was first diagnosed & it really helped me make sense of it all
