Due to illness was unable to attend a show the day before with no insurance
They dealt with me great and provided a full refund to a gift card for us to see another show
No doubt will use them again in the future, great customer service from the lady I spoke to on the phone to get it sorted
AGT has been the most popular ticket website that i have used. I have never had any issues with them from booking to receiving them.I booked Michael Jackson tickets via them before he died and the refund was fast when the shows were sadly cancelled. All the other shows i have attended and had a great time. I look forward to using them again in the future.
i love going to the theatre as i like to watch plays live so i can see it. during this lock down there are no currently theatres. they have really good prices and they have all of the latest plays. i would definitely recommend you getting from this too which is good
