I love converse and always buy from the online store. You get more choice, there's always more offers, best prices and you can almost always get a promo code for a discount and free postage. The items are packaged well and delivery is quick. I've never had to do a return, so not sure on ease or speed of refund or how good the customer service is. I've always been really pleased, I'll continue to shop online rather than in stores, highly recommend you do too.
