Our Story I started Single Variety Co back in 2016, with a dream to make the very best tasting preserves possible. Everything that we make showcases just one single variety, and we source our fruit directly from UK farms whenever possible. Our jams are stocked in over 500 independent shops across the UK, as well as Selfridges and Waitrose deli counters. We also send hundreds of parcels each week directly to customers who order from our website. Last year was incredibly exciting as we moved into our brand new (little!) Jam Factory in Bristol, and my husband Ross joined the business too (we talk a LOT of jam at home!).
