Don't be fooled these things are not very efficient you are better off getting an air conditioner
You can buy a new air conditioner for this price. If you look in Amazon warehouse they sell these air coolers ( not air conditioners ) for £15 - £30 at the end of summer 
. I bought 2 last year , now using them.
