As ever look at the ink costs before the price of the printer. My older Epson printer takes ink cartridges that are about £8 for 8 cartridges (I mainly buy black) and that will last me perhaps 4 reams of paper sometimes more. I mainly print ebay postage labels which are black and only use part of a A4 sheet. Some modern printers have crazy ink prices. It would cost me £100s of pounds to do the same level of printing with them.
