Special Offer - Amex 'Shop Small' Free £5 on £10+ Spend

If you've an American Express card (some exclusions – see below), you'll be able to get £5 cashback when you spend £10 or more at participating local businesses until Sun 13 Sep. It's valid at thousands of independent small shops, restaurants, cafes, hairdressers etc – but not the big chains.

What's more, you'll be able to get the cashback on top of existing offers, including the Eat Out to Help Out 50% off scheme throughout August (see more below).

It's in-store only, so purchases made online – even at a participating retailer – won't work. It's important to bear in mind that businesses will have social distancing measures in place and you may need to queue outside if it's a busy time.
