It says refill - pack of 6. That is one pack of 6 refills. It is not 6 packs of 6 (picture is misleading).
I am tempted to order and complain after 
It reduced in price from over £20 so it is 6 packs, or should be. Amazon sometimes make mistakes though.
Please only order if you actually need it. This could help someone who needs them get them cheaper.
