• Doorly’s 5 YO is a true expression of classic Barbados aged rum. Aged for 5 years in ex-Bourbon casks on Barbados and bottled without any sweetener or flavourings added
• Amber, with a complex, dried tropical fruit nose. A vibrant entry leads to an evolving palate of fruit, toasted coconut and oak notes. Finishes with a fruity sweetness and warmth, but has a balanced lingering taste with a butternut vanilla finish.
• A versatile rum for mixing or sipping. Great in a long drink with ginger ale, or used as the base for cocktails
• Aged for a minimum of 5 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels
• Made at Foursquare Rum Distillery in St Philip, Barbados, one of the few remaining independent family owned producers in the Caribbean.
• The Distillery has been the International Spirits Challenge (ISC) Rum Producer of the Year four times, in 2016 through 2019 and the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) Rum Producer of the Year in 2016, 2018 and 2019.
