Our locally sourced lamb is in season now. Don't believe the hype about spring lamb, British lamb is at it's best NOW in late summer/autumn after having the full summer grass-fed on our lovely countryside and picturesque hillsides.

Half-lamb box will give you approx 11-12kg of lovely seasonal lamb, including a selection of joints and chops and it really is a meaty bargain if you've got room in your freezer.

Packs may vary from lamb-to-lamb, but a half lamb box should include:

Lamb Fillet (end of leg)

Lamb Leg (shank end)

Breast of Lamb (boned and rolled)

Shoulder Joint (boned and rolled)

2 Racks of Lamb

1 Lamb Rump

6 x Lamb Chops
