These companies never seem to offer Retired Military Veterans like me a decent offer, makes you wonder sometimes what was the point of serving in the military and we're just taken for granted.

kraton007 or disabled railcard. Discrimination isn't it

kraton007 yes the UK military offers nothing. Even military jobs for Nepal, not for UK citizens. The empire finished long time ago but expenditure on the new Empire ( NATO ) never finishes. No free school meals for UK children but lots of money for causing genocides abroad. No trade deal with USA but lackey UK always sends soldiers and ships to fight US wars .

kraton007 There's 9 railcards in total apparently, including one for Veterans. That one and the Disabled railcard aren't available through Trip, probably cause you have to provide proof. www.railcard.co.uk/about-railcards/

fyounis94 you can travel anywhere you’d normally go, with these, as they just discount your normal train tickets. They’re not a ticket in themselves 😊

I wasn’t aware of the two together railcard, think i will look into to it cause would surely be worth it as I remember when i had a 16-25 railcard and it saved me a fortune

I saw this deal. Purchased Railcard. Purchased ticket to validate Railcard.

Cannot use Railcard on for first booking.

Cancelled and rebooked. Takes 10 days to get refund.

I have tried contacting them . Says doesn't recognise the booking number

Looked on Facebook and only 1* with awful reviews. People not getting their money back or tickets they have paid for
