Damaged, broken or incorrect items

If the items are damaged or broken on delivery, they can be returned for a full refund or a replacement. If the item you receive is not the one ordered, please return it and we will send the correct ones as soon as possible.

Unwanted items

If you change your mind, you can return any items within the 14 calendar day period and we will refund the purchase price, standard delivery charges and the cost of posting the product to us within 14 calendar days of us receiving the product. Note that this does not apply to items that have been created specifically for you, such as Custom Made maps, which will only be refunded if damaged.
