Sugar Free Scones You will need: 250g/9oz Self-Raising Flour 60g/2oz Low-Fat Margarine 5g Stevia Sweetener 150ml/5fl.oz Semi-Skimmed Milk Pinch of Salt Method Preheat your oven to 200C/ Gas Mark 6. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl, stir in the Stevia Sweetener and a pinch of salt. Rub together with the low-fat margarine until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs. Add the milk, mixing it all together into a dough. Add the dough to a floured surface and roll out to be 2cm/3/4 inch thick. Use a circular cutter to cut out the shapes, place these on a baking sheet and brush with milk to glaze. Gas mark 6. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and enjoy!
