Any Advice for a Trapped Nerve

Ask a Question

Wondering if anyone has any advice on how to treat a trapped nerve.

I been in pain 3 days now and I will say giving birth is far easier and less painful that's how bad it is.

I have tried heat pads ice packs exercises but nothing.

Sorry to hear that. You just need to keep the area warm, help the muscles relax. Have you tried sitting in a warm bath? Hope it sorts itself out soon

Hot,cold compresses. Keep moving/walking around as much as you can bare. Take painkillers, codeine if you have any & time. You have my sympathies, I get it myself from time to time & know how painful it is.

Ann1984 It is very painful. I used to get it frequently. I found going for a walk helped but obvs with the current situation... I would suggest necking a bottle of something but i know from your posts that iv seen you have young kids & dont drink 😂. I hope it gets better soon for you.
