Amazon or Ebay?

Other

Does anyone have a particular preference out of these two, or do you like them both equally?

I like them both equally for different reasons. I have found that with Ebay you get more free postage and packaging and is generally cheaper than Amazon with the quality of the products being just as good.

With Amazon however, I have noticed that you get a lot more product reviews which I like to compare with other products.

Ohhh that’s a good one. I have amazon prime so the postage is free on both for me. I like both. I tend to look on both and then buy the cheapest. I suppose with eBay you can pay with PayPal so any problems they can help. But I never had problems with amazon. Great question 😊

I use both, as I expect most people do. Look for item 'x' in both places and get the best deal (as you mentioned also inc postage). In the past I wasn't much of an eBay fan but I have used it more lately.

Amazon has great customer service and u can chat online with them. If u have problem with eBay, you need to deal with paypal and if a seller runs away with the money, maybe u will never see it again.

Also they hack ebay accounts, their security is not reliable!

Amazon for stuff directly from Amazon, or a reputable seller.

eBay for cheap Chinese stuff, used merch and maybe outlet deals.

I only use Amazon, have done for years. Only recently I've had Prime and love it! I've never had an account with Ebay, as very wary. I was very close at the weekend as I was away to make an account (only because the item I wanted on Amazon was sold out, very popular). I then found it on a new different site. I then got notified by Amazon earlier saying it's now back in stock. Don't ya just love when that happens.. especially when I was searching all Saturday!

Yes I love reading reviews too, the good and the bad as both equally important. When I order I do leave a picture review, as could help someone making a purchase, sure has helped me. I've also got a chrome extension (before checkout it gets all the deals and checks it for you).

As for Ebay, as I said I am wary, it's just the independent sellers that put me off. Also the website looks so complicated!

I do have PayPal (only because some survey sites that's all they have).

Whatever you can find on Amazon, you can find on Ebay, and vice versus.

Everyone has their favourite!

❤️ Love Amazon ❤️

I do all my shopping on Amazon. I've got Amazon prime. I have brought one or two items from eBay. But I some time check what s the cheapest. And most of the time it's Amazon. But I am still new to this I've only had my tablet 8 month. So I've only fine these to place. I think there are more cheaper place on line but has yet I've not find them. And money is very tight. I do keep looking for other cheap on line store. What with Christmas coming up

Amazon for me. I have used ebay twice before but it was to buy items for my mother in law. I am amazon all the way. My husband has prime so we get free delivery. I am just not a fan of ebay but can't really say why.

I have never tried ebay but use Amazon a lot as my kindle is connected and I am always downloading books. As it is the same account to buy other stuff I find it very easy and there has never been anything I wanted that was not on there. Although other sellers on Amazon charge p&p I tend to spend a little extra to make the £20 minimum spend on Amazon goods. Would sooner buy something for a fiver than pay 15 for something and then £4.99 p&p

Amazon, hands down. I refuse to use eBay as their customer service is appalling, and I don’t trust them. Amazon have always been good and responsive
