There are a handful of Amazon sellers who often do 'Promotional Messages' reducing the price of their products.
Sometimes, these offer mis-price or glitch opportunities.
Would be great to have a list, so that we can check often?

When you find an Amazon deal with a discount like this, please could you post the name of the seller and a link to their seller page here?
What is a 'promotional message'?
I just got excited & scrolled down a few of those sellers, & most of their items, but no promotions unfortunately. Anyways, Amazon promotions always get me excited. Especially when there’s over 70% off an item or a glitch! If only glitch’s happened every day lol 
Many of these were on my personal list that I tried to go through every day; thought it may be worth sharing! Usually there's one or two products each day - but takes a while to find them!
On Amazon if you:
1) from the top menu bar select ‘Todays Deals’
2) from the left hand menu under Deal Type select ‘Vouchers’
3) from the left hand menu under Department select what 'department' interests you (e.g. ‘Baby’, 'Beauty' or ‘Electronics’)
then you can see all the voucher deals relevant to your ‘department’ of interest
I'm not sure, but maybe this does something similar to what you are looking for?
When I looked just now there were 600+ voucher deals, so it helps to also filter by department
