M3l1ssA Do you have Tesco Clubcard points? If you have enough you can exchange for Pizza Express or Ask Italian, possibly some others. You can look on mse website to see if any deals. Also mention to them it’s your birthday and if lucky you might get complimentary extras. Sometimes Toby Carvery do deals. Depends what you want really.

Probably a bit late now but if you sign up to some restaurant chains etc you could get a free birthday meal, money off etc, good to know for future birthdays.
