Anyone Else Having Issues with Snap My Eats App?

I’ve been having issues for the last few months with them not giving any reward for any receipts. My balance has stayed at £0 (and they actually removed £1 from me that I had earned too). Their support team are saying it’s a coding issue that they’re trying to sort out, but it’s been dragging on for at least 4 months now.

I’ve looked around elsewhere and can’t seem to find anyone else having this issue so it does seem to be some sort of issue their end, but I thought I’d ask and see if anyone else here is having the same issue I am since it’s starting to feel like they’re just taking my information for free at this point.

It doesn’t really take long to upload the receipt there too since I use other receipt cash back apps anyway, but it is getting annoying now for it to drag on this long.

I have been using snap my eats app for a while now and never had any issues apart from a while ago they changed the amount you needed to claim.

eyeballkerry Thanks for the reply. It's reassuring to know that you're not having the same issue. It makes me feel more like it could be an issue with something that they're trying to fix rather than a company wide problem.

Initially when they made the change from 3 to 5 receipts for £1 it was registering correctly but now it doesn't seem to be registering anything at all. Hopefully they can get it sorted soon.
