Can Anyone Recommend a Good Air Fryer?

Ask a Question

I've been looking around for an Air fryer for a while now, but everytime I think I have found a good one the reviews are mixed. Also, there are quite a few different ones out there too, so it's really confusing as to which one to pick. There's only 2 of us and I want it for the health benefits. Anyone found a good make and found it really good??

We have a Probreeze XL air fryer. It is 5 and a half litres and is more than enough for the 3 of us, 2 adults and a 2 year old who has hollow legs!!

We love our air fryer. It heats up quickly, cooks things quicker than the oven and uses less electricity too. I highly recommend the Probreeze. We got ours from amazon, it was £90 but might have changed since I bought it.

Ha ha! Love your comment about hollow legs, I always say that to my partner!! They do cook quicker that's another reason for wanting one too. I shall check that one out, thanks 😊

MrsCraig I've just looked at them now. I have never heard of this brand and it has lots of good reviews, better than others that I have looked at. It does look really good! Thanks!

Bought this 4.3 litre one a month or so ago for £29.99 https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B077B9X3SB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Not always in stock and then varies from £30 -£70 :- But you need at least this size (4.3 litres ) the 1.6 litre ones are tiny barely a handful of chips ☹. Think the digital ones are not worth it time and temp is all you need .

Remember its not rocket science , just a mini fan oven in effect . Not a "fryer" at all .

Golfforall Wow, they do vary! Its £92 now ha ha!! I had looked at the Tower brand before and was swaying more to that brand, but they had mixed reviews too. That's why I need help!! 🥴

lucyeva72 Just bear in mind they are just mini fan ovens . Less than 4 litre capacity is too small ,you need at least 4 litres for two of you .

Unfortunately members on here often "like" any airfryer without having a clue , even the tiny 1.6 litre ones 😒. Whichever one you decide on check the price history , they do go up and down in price as I have tried to show .

Golfforall I wouldn't go for the small ones anyway, as they do look small. Thank you for the advise 🙂
