Has Anyone Returned Online Items to Aldi

Hi I purchased a inflatable santa from aldi but something seems to be wrong with the motor it won't inflate do I just take it into the shop I was trying to do that online chat but I can't see anything on the site and I don't like phoning up

davidstockport thank you I will need to check can't even remember if I got a slip I bought it for my granddaughter 2 weeks ago but that's my daughter just put it up and it went straight back down I have never took anything back that is actually the first time I have ordered online from aldi appreciate your comments
I've only had to return one item which was many years ago which was a dvd player with 5.1 output sockets. It had problems reading discs and I phoned up the company responsible for importing it and they just sent me a new one without the remote control. The replacement wasn't much better at reading discs to be honest. It was a very low quality unit which had problems with dual layer DVD discs basically. Looked the business from the outside but clearly internally was fairly low quality with poor components.
BonzoBanana this is my first time ordering online from the aldi wish I hadn't bothered now I have proof on my phone that I purchased it but can't remember if there was anything in the box I ordered a few items got it about 2 weeks ago but that was my daughter just trying to put it up
I've returned things from online to store no problems with the invoice, I'd say if you have any issues speak to a manager but the stores are very easy and quick to return to.
I'm not too sure, I got a paper invoice in the box which I had to fill out to return to store. But customer service might email you one
